The acquisition of Visa is the responsibility of participants. Letters of invitation to the camp that may be needed to obtain a visa can be requested from camilla.monckton@undp.org

Participants are expected to arrive in Chisinau on Nov 21st and depart on Nov 23 or 24th.

Transportation: A return travel ticket will be covered for participants coming from abroad. The itineraries will be sent upon confirmation of participation. Transportation from/ to Chisnau airport will be arranged for all participants.
Translation: English to/ from Romanian will be provided.
Accommodation: Accommodation of participants will be in the Regency Hotel in single or twin rooms and it will be covered up to three nights (21-24 November 2013).
Catering: Lunches and coffee breaks are provided to all participants during the workshop days 22-23 November 2013. Other expenses related to catering are on own responsibility.
